A reunion of key players from the security, fire safety and smart building industries is scheduled to take place in the heart of the ASEAN region later this year from 1 – 3 November 2023, as Secutech Thailand returns to the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). With investment continuing to flow into Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), industry players will be looking to find new business connections in the manufacturing, infrastructure and smart city sectors at the fair, with some 250 exhibitors anticipated to display the latest innovations across the entire value chain, including international pavilions from Singapore and Germany.
Secutech Thailand moved to 2023 with concurrent Thailand Lighting and Building fairs to be merged
Originally scheduled to run from 30 November – 2 December 2022 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre, Messe Frankfurt’s technology fairs in Thailand will now be held from 1 – 3 November 2023. The decision was made to allow the security, lighting and building industries adequate time to recover. In addition, the Thailand Lighting Fair will be merged into the Thailand Building Fair in order to capitalise on the success of the fairs’ smart city approach from previous editions.

In response to recurrent outbreaks of Covid-19 in Thailand and surrounding ASEAN countries, Messe Frankfurt has decided to reschedule its trio of technology trade fairs for the Thai market until 2022. Originally scheduled to take place concurrently this November, Secutech Thailand, Thailand Lighting Fair and Thailand Building Fair have now been moved to the new timeslot of 30 November – 2 December 2022 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre.
Messe Frankfurt defers Secutech Thailand, Thailand Lighting Fair and Thailand Building to 2021
Messe Frankfurt has announced the deferment of its popular trio of technology trade fairs for the Thai market due to travel restrictions effecting business travel to the country. Secutech Thailand, Thailand Lighting Fair and Thailand Building Fair, originally scheduled to be held concurrently from 25 – 27 November at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre, will instead take place from 24 – 26 November 2021 at the same venue.
