Venue Regulations and Rules (TBA)
** Please note the venue regulation is comply to the exhibition regulations and rules**
1. Visitor registration counter will be closed 30 mins before the show closing hours.
2. All exhibitors are strictly prohibited to move-out before 17:00. Exhibitors must be present during dismantling.
3. Person under the age of 18 is NOT allowed to enter the exhibition hall nor be booth attendant.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to the Fair of any visitors, exhibitors or their agents who are at the absolute discretion regarded as in any way likely to create disturbance or discomfort to the Fair.
5. The organiser reserves the right to renew the schedule and contents above.

CONSTRUCTION AND SAFETY CONCERN CHAPTER
NOTE:
- The height of regular booths and structures including the decorations must not exceed 5 meters height.
- To ensure the safe and smooth erection of booths and structures over 5 meters height or double storey booths & booth with balcony , The perspective with engineer (Professional Engineer/Associate Engineer) approval is required to submit to organizer and BITEC the following for review, not later than 30 days before move in period
- For concourse area, The height of regular booths and structures including the decorations must not exceed 2.5 meters height.

- Car/ 4 Wheel vehicles: First 1 ½ hours free of charge
- More than 6 wheel vehicle: First 3 hours free of charge
- Succeeding hours: 200 Baht/hour (a fraction of and hour is considered 1 hour)
- Lost Parking Card: 1,000 Bath
