Ms Regina Tsai, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd – Taiwan Branch, commented: “A smarter city must also be a safer place for people to live, work and travel in. As cities integrate more technology into their operations, security and fire safety need to be part of that from the outset. Secutech Thailand 2026 will address both across seven application areas, helping buyers identify technologies and partners suited to their project requirements.”
Exhibits will fall under the following applications:
· Smart public safety: protecting public spaces and facilities through surveillance, identification and security management.
· Smart emergency response & disaster resilience: enabling early warning, emergency coordination and the protection of people and infrastructure.
· Smart buildings: connecting access control, fire protection and monitoring with everyday building operations.
· Smart city digital platform & urban operations: bringing together data, analytics and connected systems for city management.
· Smart living: addressing safety, security and convenience in residential environments.
· Smart industry: strengthening protection and operational oversight across factories and industrial facilities.
· Smart mobility: making transport environments safer and improving the management of pedestrian and vehicle access.
“Access control, surveillance and fire protection protect against different risks, but a building needs all three to operate safely,” Ms Tsai continued. “Projects need to account for both day-to-day security and emergency preparedness, and Secutech Thailand brings together the technologies needed for both.”
Smarter detection, stronger protection
Exhibitors will present technologies for a range of security applications. HIP Global will showcase biometrics, access control, surveillance and data management solutions, while CMITECH will demonstrate contactless iris and facial recognition technologies. Access control offerings will also include magnetic door locks from Digit Innovation Technologies (Elock) and pedestrian and vehicle access control systems from Shenzhen Karsun Access Technology. In surveillance, Changzhou Minking IoT Sensing will showcase AI video and intelligent sensing technologies, with Seagate offering storage solutions for CCTV and AI video analytics. Shanghai Typrotech Technology will offer integrated security management covering risk identification, early warning and coordinated response.
Fire safety exhibitors will cover detection, containment and emergency response. CM Fire Alarm System will focus on detectors and alarm control panels, while Komtes Group will offer detection, smoke control and suppression technologies. Kent Smoke and Fire Curtains will feature automatic curtains for smoke containment and fire compartmentation. Korea Flame-Proof Technology will showcase wetting-agent extinguishers designed for lithium-ion battery fires, and Northam will bring fire pump systems for commercial and industrial facilities.
From campus safety to next-generation AI
Beyond product sourcing, visitors will find sessions on school security challenges and developments in AI, as well as training for installers:
- Safe Campus Bangkok School Security Seminar 2026: Co-organised with ASIS International Thailand Chapter, the seminar will explore risk management and practical approaches to creating safer, more resilient private and international schools.
- Hikvision GUANLAN – Powering Next Generation of AIOT: The session will examine the security applications of intelligent video analysis, natural language interaction and multimodal AI.
- Hikvision ProInstaller League 2026: Under the theme “SkillUp with Hikvision”, the programme will combine technical learning, hands-on activities and competitive challenges to strengthen installers’ expertise.
- Tech Stage: Suppliers will use product presentations and live demonstrations to introduce their products and outline the applications they support. Buyers can use the sessions to learn more and discuss their suitability for specific projects with suppliers.
